Terms of sale.

These terms apply when you buy a PDF from PDFVault. By completing checkout you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, write to hello@pdfvault.in before you buy.

1. What you are buying

You are buying a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user licence to download and read the PDF you selected. The file is delivered digitally. You are not buying the copyright or any right to reproduce, resell, publish or distribute the work.

2. Your licence

You may:

• Read the PDF on any device you personally use.
• Store personal backup copies of the file.
• Print one copy for your own use.

You may not:

• Share, upload, resell or redistribute the file, in whole or in part.
• Remove watermarks, copyright notices or attribution.
• Use the content to train commercial AI models, or republish substantial portions as your own work.

Team, classroom and commercial licences are available separately. Contact us to arrange one.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details. An order is confirmed only after the payment gateway reports a successful payment.

We may change prices or run promotions at any time. The price shown at the moment of purchase is the price that applies to your order.

4. Delivery

Download links are shown immediately after payment and emailed to the address you provide. Links remain active for 30 days, with up to 5 downloads per file. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to download and save your files within that window.

If a link fails or expires, contact us and we will help. Re-issuing links is at our discretion but we are reasonable people.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Because PDFs are delivered instantly, refunds are limited to the circumstances described there and do not affect any statutory rights you may have.

6. Accuracy and expectations

Our PDFs are educational and informational. They are not legal, financial, medical or professional advice, and results depend on how you apply the ideas. We work hard to keep content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, revise or retire a title. If you have already bought it, your download remains available for the period stated at purchase. We may also update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you buy.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the seller's registered location. We will always try to resolve things amicably first.
